Yes, I had forgotten that this one was from the 4th C.V...I have way too many of files on C.V. info, so a slip from time to time occurs.
But it is not Co. C, it is indeed Co. G. The mistake made by Iowa will be clear when you read of the locations in the book. I had submitted the correction a few years back to Iowa, but has not yet been changed.
It has been a couple years since I read this book, but I remember talking with some folks at the time we read it and the journey mentioned was not in Orton's book.
